Websites and product catalogues for industrial suppliers

Industrial buyers compare suppliers on specifications, capability and how easy it is to ask for a price. We build catalogues and websites that give them those answers without a phone call. It is also the world our founder comes from: seven years in process industry before any of this was software.

One qualified order or contract can be worth more than years of website spend. The job of the site is to get you onto the shortlist of a buyer who is comparing you with suppliers he has never met.

What usually goes wrong

Three things that quietly cost this sector money.

  1. 01

Product specifications that are unclear or missing

Materials, sizes, tolerances, standards and pack quantities are what a buyer decides on. When they are missing, or locked in a PDF that will not open on a phone, he moves on to a supplier who shows them.

  2. 02

Capability that is hard to find

What you can make, in what volumes, to which standards and with which certifications is buried three clicks deep or never written down. A procurement buyer cannot tell whether you can do his job, so he does not ask.

  3. 03

    Quote requests that arrive incomplete

A form that asks for a name and a message produces a thread of questions back: which part, what quantity, which material, by when. Every round trip is another chance for the buyer to go elsewhere.

Catalogues we have built

Petrofab Services is an industrial equipment supplier in Qatar whose catalogue we rebuilt. The second is not industrial, and said plainly: it is a large B2B catalogue where the buyer builds a quote list instead of phoning for a price, which is the same problem.

Petrofab Services, Qatar

The problem: A WordPress catalogue of more than 340 industrial products, with years of search visibility at risk in a rebuild.

What we built: A fast new catalogue with a quote basket, and all 423 old URLs kept or redirected before the domain moved.

The problem: Buyers could not see or price a large gifting catalogue without phoning first.

What we built: A catalogue of over 175 products with a quote basket, so each enquiry arrives listing the exact items the buyer picked.

Disclosure: this is the business our founder works in day to day.

What we build

What goes into a website for manufacturing and industrial supply

  • A structured catalogue: categories, filters and part numbers that match how your buyers search, and that still work at several hundred products
  • Product pages with the specifications, materials, standards and downloadable data sheets a buyer needs to decide
  • Capability and certification pages a procurement buyer can check in thirty seconds
  • A request for quotation form that asks for the part, the quantity, the material and the deadline, with drawing and document upload
  • Enquiry handling that records every quote request with the products it came from, so nothing sits unanswered in one person's inbox
  • Distributor and dealer pages where you sell through a network
  • Every existing URL mapped and redirected before launch, when there is an old site to replace

What changes

A buyer can check your products and capability without calling, and the quote requests that do arrive already say what, how many and by when.

How people in this sector actually find you

Industrial search is small in volume and enormous in value. Almost nobody searches a specific alloy specification, and the handful who do are buyers with a live requirement. Catching those searches is worth more than any amount of general traffic.

How it works

From first message to launch.

The scope and the price are agreed in writing before anything is built, and no phone call is required at any stage.

  1. 01

    Send a message

Tell us what you are trying to build, improve or fix. WhatsApp, email or the form. No call to book.

A conversation, not a sales pitch.

  2. 02

    Scope and price

We write down exactly what is included, what it costs and how long it takes, and send it to you.

No vague scope. No surprise invoice.

  3. 03

    50 percent advance

Once you agree the scope and the price, a 50 percent advance holds your place in the queue.

The balance is due at handover, per the written terms.

  4. 04

    Build and review

We build it and show you progress at the agreed stages, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

Your feedback stays inside the agreed scope.

  5. 05

    Launch and care

It goes live, you get the handover pack, and a care plan keeps it looked after.

Hosting, backups and updates can carry on from here.

One thing this page does not do

  • It does not claim a client in this sector. Where there is one, it is named on the work page with that client's permission and nowhere else.
  • It does not carry a percentage, a conversion figure or a satisfaction score, because none of those were measured here.
  • It does not promise compliance with your regulator. It describes what gets built around the rules. Signing off compliance is your regulator's call, not ours.
