Six things I build, and how each one is priced.

Project work is quoted after one conversation, because a website for eight pages and a website for three hundred products are not the same job and a single number would be misleading for one of them. That conversation is free, and you keep the written scope whether or not you go ahead. Monthly care is a published price, below. Nothing here is sold that has not been built at least once.

Business or catalogue website

Your website does not explain what you sell, or it looks like it was built in 2014.

A fast, custom built site that turns a visitor into a WhatsApp message or a quote request.

WordPress rebuild, rankings kept

Your site is slow, or you are afraid a rebuild will cost you your Google rankings.

A modern rebuild with every existing URL mapped and redirected first, so the rankings come with you.

What you get

  • Full inventory of every live URL before anything is touched
  • Redirect map written and tested before launch
  • Content and images moved across, images converted to WebP

Correct setup and optimisation, or a properly prepared appeal if you are suspended.

What you get

  • Video verification coaching if Google asks for it

Timeline: 1 to 2 weeks, appeals depend on Google

Nobody can guarantee reinstatement. Google makes the final decision. What you get is the appeal done properly, by someone who has done about twenty of them.

Speed and security work

Your site is slow, out of date, or nobody has touched its security since it launched.

A measured before and after, real hardening, and a written report of exactly what changed.

What you get

  • PageSpeed measured before and after, with the reports handed to you

Your website is live, and since launch nobody has backed it up, updated it or watched it.

How pricing actually works

Written first. You get the scope and the price in writing before anything starts. If the scope grows later, the change is priced and agreed before it is built.

Half up front. A 50 percent advance holds your place in the queue. The balance is due at handover.

No calls needed. The whole thing can run on WhatsApp and email. If you prefer to talk, that is fine too, but it is never a requirement.

All prices are in Pakistani rupees and exclude any third party costs such as domains, stock photography or paid plugins. Those are quoted at cost.

    Scope and price

    I write down exactly what is included, what it costs and how long it takes, and send it to you.

    No vague scope. No surprise invoice.

    50 percent advance

    Once you agree the scope and the price, a 50 percent advance holds your place in the queue.

    The balance is due at handover, per the written terms.

  4. 04

    Build and review

    I build it and show you progress at the agreed stages, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

    Your feedback stays inside the agreed scope.

  5. 05

    Launch and care

    Your site goes live, you get the handover pack, and a care plan keeps it looked after.

    Hosting, backups, updates and monitoring can carry on from here.
