No stock photography of a meeting room, no invented headcount, no claim to a decade of agency history. Here is the actual background, in the first person, and why it matters to your project.
The short version
I am Waqas Mehmood, and WaqasWebPro is my studio. I lead every project personally, which means the person who quotes your work is the person who builds it and the person who answers you a year later. Clients are in Pakistan and outside it. When you send a message it reaches me, and when your site breaks at nine at night it is also me who fixes it.
Where the engineering comes from
A BSc in Chemical Engineering in 2010, then an MSc in Total Quality Management, then about seven years working in process industry. That is where the habit of writing the process down before changing it comes from, and it is the reason a backup gets restored and tested here rather than assumed.
Where the business sense comes from
Eight years in corporate gifts and printing, the business I still work in day to day: laser printing, offset, B2B outreach, inventory, and the finance side of it. I have chased a purchase order, argued about a delivery date and priced a job at a margin that had to survive a client's counter offer. That is why an industrial supplier's website will not read like it was written by someone who has never seen a purchase order.
How the studio works now
I use AI tooling heavily, and I say so openly. It is the reason a studio this size delivers work that used to take a small team a quarter, and it is the reason the price is sane. What AI does not do is decide what your business needs, or take responsibility when something breaks. That part is a conversation with a person, and the person is me.
Why sectors rather than everything
The site names eight industries because a website is not one job repeated. What a property buyer needs to see is nothing like what a private patient needs to see, and neither is anything like what a procurement buyer needs to see. Working in a smaller number of sectors is how the second project in one is better than the first. If your business is somewhere else and a new client is worth real money to you, ask anyway.
The honest limits
The studio takes a small number of projects at a time, so there is sometimes a wait, and you will be told what it is before you pay anything. The working hours here are evenings, Pakistan time, which is late morning in New York and late afternoon in London. I have never built a native mobile app, so I do not sell one. And if a bigger agency is genuinely the better fit for your project, I will say that too.
