What a care plan is not
A care plan keeps what exists healthy. It is not an unlimited development retainer, and saying so up front is what stops an argument in month three.

What backed up actually means here
Backups run nightly and are kept on the server your site runs on. A restore is not assumed here: the archive gets extracted and compared against the live files, and the date that was last done is written down. That covers what actually goes wrong most of the time, which is a bad edit, a broken update or a file somebody deleted. It does not cover the machine itself failing, and saying otherwise would be easy and dishonest.
Copies held somewhere other than the server, and a restore rehearsed on a schedule rather than on the day you need it, are the next thing being built here. When they are running they will be described on this page and not before. If offsite copies are a requirement for you rather than a preference, say so at the start and we will tell you honestly whether we are there yet.
No hosting is immune to failure and nobody can honestly call a website hack proof. What is promised here is current software, closed doors, backups that exist, and a person who answers when something breaks.
