What a care plan is not
A care plan keeps what exists healthy. It is not an unlimited development retainer, and saying so up front is what stops an argument in month three.
- New features and new pages are quoted separately
- A full redesign is a project, not an edit
- Work beyond the included edit time is quoted before it starts
- Cancel anytime, and your site and data leave with you
What backed up actually means here
A backup that has never been restored is not a backup, it is a hope. On these plans the database is dumped nightly and the files weekly, both copies go to storage that is not on the same machine as your site, and a restore is tested rather than assumed. If anything ever goes wrong, the recovery has been rehearsed before you needed it.
No hosting is immune to failure and nobody can honestly call a website hack proof. What is promised here is current software, closed doors, a tested restore, and a person who answers when something breaks.
