The Petrofab Services industrial catalogue website at petrofabservices.com

Industrial product catalogue

Petrofab Services, Qatar

The problem: A WordPress catalogue of more than 340 industrial products, with years of search visibility at risk in a rebuild.

Why work with Waqas

An engineer who has run a business, building your website.

Waqas Mehmood leads the studio. He trained as a chemical engineer, spent seven years in process industry, and still works in a corporate gifts and printing business. That is industry experience, and it is why a site built here starts from how your customers actually buy.

You deal with him directly, from the first message to support after launch. What is agreed in writing is what gets built.

More about Waqas

How it works

Three steps, all in writing.

  1. Step 1: Tell us what you need

Send a message, or ask for a free review of your current site. No call is needed.

  2. Step 2: Scope and agreement in writing

You get what is included, the timeline and the price in writing. Work starts once you agree it and pay the advance.

  3. Step 3: Build, handover, optional care

We build it, show progress at agreed stages and hand everything over. Care after launch is optional.

After launch

Looked after, if you want it to be.

A care plan covers hosting on our server, nightly backups, SSL and security updates, and a set amount of edit time each month. It is optional and you can cancel any month.

Questions

What people ask before they write.

Why is there no price list on this site?

Because an eight page website and a three hundred product catalogue are not the same job. Every project is priced on its agreed scope, its complexity and the support it needs. You get the price in writing, in the currency we agree, before anything starts, usually the same day as the conversation.

Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Yes. The work is done remotely from Lahore, and that is stated plainly rather than hidden behind a foreign address. Scope, progress and approvals are all in writing, so nothing depends on being in the same room or awake at the same hour.

Will I own my website, my domain and my accounts?

Yes. Domain, hosting, analytics and email are registered in your business name, not ours. On final payment the site, its content and its design are yours, and if you ever leave, your site and your data go with you at no cost.

How long does a project take?

A typical business website takes two to four weeks, and a larger catalogue or a rebuild takes longer. The written scope states the timeline before you pay anything, along with what is needed from you and when, because late content is what usually holds a project up.

What happens after the site launches?

Anything that does not work the way the agreed scope said is fixed free for 30 days. After that, an optional care plan covers hosting on our server, nightly backups, SSL and security updates, and monthly edit time. It can be cancelled any month. Backups are kept on our own server for now, and the care plans page says exactly what that covers.
